Kitchener CTV News A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries in a motorcycle accident on Saturday in Kitchener after a collision with a car. EMS and Ornge Air Ambulance were called to the incident on Shirley Drive in Kitchener around 11 a.m. It seemed according to Kitchener OPP that the motorcycle was travelling southbound and the car appear to be northbound. A video taken from a nearby buiness seemed to show the sedan slowing and making a left turn when a motorcycle comes in the opposite direction, impacts the vehicle, and lands several metres away from the crash. Police say the driver of the car, a pregnant woman, was uninujred and only shaken up from the collision. The stretch of road between Hesh Crescent and Cedarview Place was closed for several hours, but has since re-opened. Kitchener Police ask anyone with information to contact them.
