The Spec reported today that a cyclist was struck near the entrance of Bronte Park on Burloak early Saturday around 11:30 a.m. The man, 32, suffered serious head injuries and was taken to a local Hamitlton Trauma Centre. The driver of the BMW, a 46 year old Burlington man, remained at the scene. Witnesses are asked to call the Collision Reconstruction Unit at 905-825-4747, ext. 5065.
