CityNews reported today that a man has been rushed to hospital with serious injuries after a crash between a motorcycle and a vehicle. The 60 year-old Burlington motorcyclist was rushed to Hamilton General in life-threatening condition following a collision on Plains Road East yesterday evening. The Burlington motorcycle accident involved a westbound cruiser type motorcycle and an eastbound Honda Pilot SUV driven by a 46-year-old Burlington women, and occurred just before 6:30p.m. in the intersection of Plains Road East and Cedarwood Place, just west of King Road. The 60 year old man riding the motorcycle was initially reported without vital signs, but was resuscitated at the scene and rushed to Hamilton General Hospital with what police described as life-threatening injuries.
