CBC News reported that a 28 year old man succombed to his injuries after he was involved in an accident near the Niagara-bound QEW late Saturday after his Honda collided with a tanker truck. OPP and Niagara police were called at approximately 10:30 p.m. to the area of South Service Road and Sann Road, near Lincoln. IPOlice determined that the motorist driving the accord was driving EB on the South Service Road when the he lsot control, left the roadway and entered the eastbound QEW lanes, Niagara police say. The car collided with a tanker and the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
