A young man was left with life altering injuries following a rollover accident early Sunday morning. North Essex OPP says that the accident happened just after 6:00 a.m. in North Malden Road.

The crash happened in the 3700 block of North Malden Road, between Gesto Side Road and 12th Concession Road — about four kilometres west of Highway 3. The 21-year-old driver and lone occupant received life-altering injuries in the crash. The CBC reported that the investigation is ongoing.
