Scholarship Information

Personal injuries are life changing events which can be devastating – financially, emotionally and physically. The Lalande Personal Injury Lawyers Scholarship Fund was originally created to help students impacted by a life changing events achieve post-secondary (or higher) education.

We continue to be inspired by those that persevere through difficult times to live their best life and provide for their families. One example is Guinness Record holder Robert M. Hensel, who once said:

“Placing one foot in front of the other, I’ve climbed to higher lengths. Reaching beyond my own limitations, to show my inner strength. No obstacle too hard, for this warrior to overcome. I’m just a man on a mission, to prove my disability hasn’t won.”

This year we have made the decision to provide a $1500 scholarship to any student currently enrolled in a community college or university.

Without access to higher education, we would not be here today and we wouldn’t be able to protect families as personal injury lawyers in Hamilton, Ontario. We firmly believe that every student should have the ability to pursue their dreams, no matter their financial situation.
