If we believe we can assist with your situation, we will set up a phone call with you to discuss your case.
Please be prepared to answer general questions about your case. When and how it happened, who was affected, date of incident, etc.
If after speaking with you we determine that we are able to help you with your case, we will be happy to meet you, either at our office or at your home, your rehabilitation centre, or hospital to have you sign appropriate forms to get your case started.
Once we enter into a retainer, we will move to put all the appropriate people on notice of your claim, including any drivers, tavers, disability carriers or at-fault drivers immediately – and start the process of obtaining the compensaiton you deserve.
We will will we request additional information related to the case like your medical records, insurance information, disability file, imaging records, prescription printouts, rehabilitation records ect. This process takes several months to get started. Once we start this process, we will be in touch regularly and be with you through the entire process.
