London News reported today that 3 motorcycle accidents happened overnight in separate areas of southern Ontario, claiming the life of one man. The one crash that cause the fatality happened on Hamilton Road just east of London near Putnam Road Monday evening around 6:20 p.m. OPP say the motorcyclist suffered life-threatening injuries and was pronounced dead at hospital. THe man has been identified as as 40-year-old Andrew Ferguson of Woodstock, Ont. In Norfolk, a crash between a minivan and a motorcycle sent two people the hospital. The crash happened at the intersection of McDowell Road East and Charlotteville West Quarter Line Road. The third crash, which happened in Owen Sound, was hurt when a car made a left hand turn into his path. The The driver of the car was charged with left turn- fail to afford reasonable opportunity to avoid a collision.
