Mississauga.com reported that 24-year-old man from Mississauga was taken to a local trauma hospital this weekend with life-threatening injuries after a motorbike and a Ford SUV Escape collided at the intersection of Winston Churchill Boulevard and Homelands Drive in Mississauga on Friday night (July 12). Peel Police received the call at 8:50 p.m. Both Oakville and Mississauga Fire also responded to the collision, which was at the Oakville and Mississauga border. Peel Police reported there were five people in the SUV who were also transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. Witnesses are asked or anyone with dash cam footage are asked to contact investigators with the Peel Police Major Collision Bureau at 905-453-2121 ext. 3710.
